Sharing another user’s personal information beyond their displayed name is strictly prohibited. We strongly encourage keeping your own personal details private. Threatening to reveal other users’ alternate accounts, real names, or locations, as well as publishing such information, is unacceptable.

2. Intolerance and Discrimination

We celebrate diversity and inclusivity within the Serpent's Eye community. Any form of hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, abilities, or other differences is strictly prohibited. Respect all users and refrain from behavior that demeans individuals or groups.

3. Bullying and Offensive Behavior

Treat others with respect during all interactions, whether gaming, chatting, or collaborating. Threatening, intimidating, or humiliating others, crossing personal boundaries, or engaging in disrespectful behavior is not allowed. Play fair and foster a positive environment for everyone.

4. Impersonation

Do not impersonate other players, public figures, streamers, government officials, or Serpent's Eye staff. Claiming achievements or identities that are not your own is deceptive and violates our community principles.

5. Fair Play and Cheating

Honesty and fairness are core to our gaming community. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or conspire to gain an unfair advantage. Sharing or promoting cheats, hacks, or vulnerabilities is prohibited. If you discover a bug, report it to our team immediately.

6. Dangerous or Illegal Activities

The community must remain safe for all participants. Activities such as gambling, fraud, sharing personal data, or inciting violence are strictly forbidden. Threats of harm—even as jokes—are taken seriously. If you witness dangerous behavior, report it in-game or contact our support team.

7. Fraud and Deception

Deceiving other players is prohibited. This includes attempts to obtain personal data, as well as buying or selling private information. Play honestly and treat fellow users with integrity.

8. Inappropriate Content

All content, communication, and activities within the Serpent's Eye ecosystem should promote positivity. When creating or sharing materials, ensure they align with our community standards.

Consequences for Violations

Each violation of these guidelines is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as severity, prior violations, and context will be considered. Consequences may include:

• Temporary or permanent restrictions on social features, such as voice chat or friend lists.

• Account suspension or permanent bans, which may result in the loss of access to games, virtual items, or other purchases.

Reporting Players

Building a positive community is a shared responsibility. If you encounter a player who violates these rules, you can report them directly in-game. If you simply dislike a user without rule violations, you can block them to avoid further interactions.

Safety and Security

Protecting your personal data is critical. Never share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. Be cautious of offers or links that seem suspicious or too good to be true.
